Copyright and Takedown Policy
We take copyright seriously and respond to valid complaints. This page explains the process and, importantly, where to send a notice.
[PLACEHOLDER — CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH] A dedicated, monitored takedown mailbox and the publisher identity required on a formal notice have not yet been supplied. Both must exist before launch.
What we publish
Everything on this site is either original editorial text written by us, or an original diagram we created. Where we quote a third party we quote briefly, attribute clearly, and link to the original. We do not republish articles, broadcast footage, or channel line-ups owned by others.
Sending a takedown notice
If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own, send a notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the material you are asking us to remove.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your preferred contact details so we can reach you.
Send the notice using the contact route below. We will acknowledge receipt, review the claim against what the site actually contains, and act on valid claims.
What we will not do
- We will not remove content on the basis of an objection to the topic alone. Explaining how IPTV works is not infringement.
- We will not remove content merely because a notice is not perfectly worded; we will ask for the missing detail.
- We will not disclose the personal data of a third party who submitted an anonymous notice.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing the elements required in your jurisdiction. We will forward it and, where appropriate, restore the material.
How to reach the designated contact
[PLACEHOLDER — CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH] Insert the designated agent name, postal address and email address required for formal notices in this jurisdiction. These cannot be invented and must be supplied before launch.
In the meantime, use the general route on the Contact page and mark the message clearly as a copyright notice so it is not delayed.
Repeat infringers
We do not operate user accounts that submit content. There is no upload facility on this site, so the only material that can infringe is material we published ourselves, which we will correct or remove on notice.
